Return & Refund Policy
We want you to order from AeroLounge with complete peace of mind. If an item doesn't fit or you're not entirely happy with it, we'll gladly sort it out.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, no reason required. After requesting, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Condition of Returned Items
You're welcome to try your item on, just as you would in a store. To receive a full refund, please return it:
- Unworn, unwashed and free of odours or marks
- With the tags still attached
- Preferably in its original packaging
If an item shows signs of use beyond trying it on, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
How to Request a Return
- Go to aerolounge.myparcel.me/returns/create.
- Fill in the details from your order confirmation and follow the steps.
- Pay for your return label and print it right away.
Please wait for your return label before sending your item back, so we can link your package to your order and process it quickly.
Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You’ll see the exact amount when registering your return and pay it directly when creating your return label. Prefer to arrange shipping yourself? That’s fine. Just make sure you use a tracked service and send it to the address below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your package when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at info@aerolounge.store. We'll resolve it free of charge.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item you don't want and place a new order for the one you do. That's the fastest way to get it.
Refunds
When you return your full order, we'll refund your payment including the original standard shipping costs. For partial returns, we refund the price of the returned items; shipping costs are not refunded.
If your order received a multi-item discount and you return part of it so that it no longer qualifies, the discount no longer applies and will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your return request. We may hold the refund until we've received the item back or you've shown proof of shipment, whichever comes first. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for your order, unless agreed otherwise.
